European Union Projects

Piotr Potocki „Ecoline” is participating in a project which has been co-financed by the European Union Fund under the heading of: “Implementation of the design strategy recommendations at Ecoline”. The aim of this project is to improve the company’s competitive position in the market by harnessing the potential of industrial design and implementing the recommendations contained in the developed design strategy. The project also includes introducing new, significantly modified products as described in the design strategy for the market. As a result of this project, the company intends to raise the level of industrial design in all its aspects of its function. The owner of the company will strive to strengthen the company’s brand within the market and so doing, raise its positioning in relation to the competition.

The results of the projects are to be:

• improvement of the company’s organization and supervision over design issues in connection with the introduced organizational changes,
• improvement of the company’s market perception, rationalizing of marketing expenditure on advertising and promotion, thus making the overall message more consistent with company values.
• increasing of the company’s turnover and profits,
• increasing the awareness of employees in relation to industrial design and the level of their identification with the company,
• implementation of new and significantly improved products in the marketplace.

Piotr Potocki – ‘Ecoline’ is participating in a project co-financed by the European Union Fund under the heading: “Formula for Ecoline competition”
The objective of the project is to improve the competitiveness of the company by enhancing industrial design, implementing modified products into the company’s marketing portfolio and obtaining coherent communication with the marketplace. The improvement attained will be based on the analysis of the current level of the company in the areas of industrial design and formulating recommendations for development of the company in the form of designing strategy. The conclusions of the analysis will provide a business development plan for the forthcoming years.

The project will result in the identification of strategic and operational actions that the company should take in order to further develop its business. These actions will then be implemented by both management and employees of Ecoline.

Piotr Potocki – ‘Ecoline’ is taking part in a project co-financed by the European Union Fund under the heading: “Introducing innovative production technology of the powder coating equipment – stages II to IV. ”
Implementation of the said project includes construction of the production plant and the purchase of devices for a technologically complete production line suitable for the production of new coating booths.

The aim of the project is to introduce into production and subsequently onto the market new innovative products, utilizing a modular coating booth equipped with an innovative high-pressure air system.

To implement the project entails the conducting of extensive research and development at the company. It concerns the designing of a modular coating line with a much simpler redesigning and the possibility of adding extensions to the existing equipment . The line will be equipped with a blower-driven air blade system, which will improve colour exchange and yield more efficient powder consumption.

The result of this project will be the expansion of the product range and increased competitiveness of the company within the marketplace.

Potocki Piotr „Ecoline” has obtained a subsidy for the Project: Working capital subsidy for PIOTR POTOCKI „ECO-LINE”, under the Operational Programme Eastern Poland 2014-2020, action 1.5 Working capital subsidy under the Operational Programme Eastern Poland 2014-2020, co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund Project.
