Notification about changing the name of the company

We hereby inform that as of May 2, 2022, the self-employment company will be transformed from the existing one: „ECO-LINE” POTOCKI PIOTR on: ECO-LINE Spółka z Ograniczoną Odpowiedzialnością (in short ECO-LINE Sp. z o.o.)

Acting pursuant to Article 584² of the Code of Commercial Partnerships and Companies, the transformed company takes over all the rights and obligations of the company subjected to transformation. The transformed company remains the subject, in particular of permits, concessions that were granted to the entrepreneur prior to its transformation.

As a result of the transformation, a limited liability company named ECO-LINE Spółka z Ograniczoną Odpowiedzialnością was established with its registered office at ul.K. Pużaka 16c, 38-400 Krosno.

Please be advised that the change concerns not only the company name, but also the legal form and VAT Identification Number.

The registered office address, bank account numbers, telephone numbers and e-mail addresses remain unchanged. The transformed company will continue its current business activities.

Based on the above, please take the changes into account when issuing any documents to ECO-LINE Sp. z o.o starting from 2.05.2022.

We would also like  to inform that the change of the company name does not affect  signed contracts between the parties. The parties remain the same. The transformation of the company does not cause any modifications of entered obligations by the company or mutual rights and obligations resulting from contracts and does not require annexation.

For the above reason, from the date of 2.05.2022 please include new data of the transformed company in your databases, documents, including VAT invoices and correspondence.

Please be advised that incorrectly issued invoices will not be honored.
