Surface cleaning grade offered by Ecoline

We offer sheet metal surface preparation to a cleanliness grade of Sa 2.5 according to PN-ISO 8501-1. This means an almost perfect level of cleanliness, thanks to which we are able to clean new elements and ensure a beautiful appearance of already used materials that are being prepared for repainting or other protective coatings. Our steel shot-blasting significantly extends the life of paints and protective layers placed on the materials we process.

Precision shot blasting for large components and demanding projects

Ecoline offers shot blasting for components up to 6m long, 2.3m wide, and 0.5m high, with a feeder capacity of up to 2 tons. We use the highest-performance abrasive media, ensuring precise cleaning and micro-profiling of surfaces. The process is quick and safe, minimising waste, shortening completion time, and strengthening coating adhesion. In accordance with EU standards, parameter control adapts processing to various metals.
