Monorotary lines are advanced technological transport systems based on single-track conveyors that enable the optimisation of production flow in both overhead and floor-mounted systems. They can operate in continuous mode, at constant or adjustable speeds, allowing for precise adjustment to the specific technological process. The monorotary conveyors are designed on an individual basis, taking into account the parameters of the transported parts (weight, dimensions, shape) and environmental conditions, such as the impact of corrosive agents and extreme temperatures. This allows these systems to be used in the most demanding production lines, ensuring reliability, repeatability, and high process efficiency.

Birotary line
Power&Free birotary systems are our most advanced internal transport solutions based on dual rail tracks. They enable simultaneous overhead or floor transport of a wide range of items. Their main advantage is flexibility – they allow for the movement of components individually or in batches, with both static and dynamic accumulation. The carriage coupling and decoupling mechanisms create intelligent workflows with variable speeds, increasing process efficiency. The systems are designed on an individual basis, taking into account the weight and geometry of the components, as well as the operating conditions.
