Painting Cycle
The metal structure painting cycle is a precisely planned technological process consisting of three stages: surface preparation, paint application, and curing. The shot-blasting phase, a mechanical form of pre-treatment, removes corrosion products and process residues, ensuring the appropriate surface roughness and activity. Next, in the controlled conditions of a paint booth, the paint – usually a two-component system – is applied. The final stage is drying in a dryer, which ensures the stability, resistance, and durability of the coating.
