The sling etching machine is a fully automated industrial device designed for the effective removal of varnish from steel parts and slings in a chemical bath. Thanks to its closed-loop operation and the use of AISI 304 stainless steel, the system ensures high durability and minimal reagent consumption. An integrated PLC controller with an HMI panel enables precise process management, automatic temperature control, and safe cycle execution. Durable construction and safe operation

Paint removal process automation
