Pyrolysis process – operation stages
Proces rozpoczyna się od załadunku elementów do zimnej komory. Po zamknięciu drzwi uruchamiany jest palnik post-dopalacza, który podnosi temperaturę do poziomu przekraczającego 850°C. Następnie w komorze oczyszczającej, w warunkach niemal całkowitego braku tlenu, następuje termiczny rozkład powłok organicznych. Po zakończeniu pirolizy rozpoczyna się stopniowe schładzanie, które zapewnia kontrolowany spadek temperatury i zabezpiecza elementy przed niepożądanymi zmianami strukturalnymi.
